These Contest Rules (“Contest Rules”) govern Navan, Inc.’s (“Navan’s”) Black Friday and Cyber Week Sweepstakes Contest (“Contest”). Navan will give one thousand dollars ($1000 USD) or local currency equivalent in Navan Rewards Points (“Prize”) to each of five (5) eligible admins (chosen at random via a random number generator) who are Navan admin account holders who have signed up for Navan between November 19, 2025 at 12:00AM PT - December 15, 2025 at 11:59PM PT (“Participants”) and whose companies have at least one user who has booked and completed a five hundred dollar or more ($500 USD) business hotel-stay via a Navan corporate sponsored account, between November 19, 2025, and January 31, 2026 (“Qualifying Stay”). Navan will randomly select the winners from all eligible entrants in a drawing to be held on February 10, 2026 (“Drawing”). Limit one entry per eligible Participant. The Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, are non-refundable, and are non-transferable. No purchase necessary. Please also see our alternative method of entry below.

Participation. By participating in the Contest (including by accepting the Prize), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of Navan, which are final and binding on all matters. Navan reserves the right to modify the Prize procedures at its discretion. If you do not agree to these Contest Rules, you may not participate in the Contest, nor receive the Prize.
Contest Period. To be eligible for the sweepstakes, Participants must sign up for the Navan during the signup period, which runs from November 19, 2025 at 12:00AM PT - December 15, 2025 at 11:59PM PT and have company users that have booked and completed a Qualifying Stay between 12:00am PT on November 19, 2025 and 11:59pm PT on January 31, 2026 (“Contest Period”). Navan’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest Period.
Eligibility. To be eligible for the Contest, Participants must be (i) be 18 years of age, (ii) be an active employee and admin in good standing at a Navan customer company with 300 or fewer employees signed up to the Navan Business plan and (iii) reside in and work for a company headquartered and incorporated in the United States, Canada, Australia or the United Kingdom. Employees of Navan, its subsidiaries and affiliates, or promotional agencies, as well as their families and in the case of any Drawings, any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize or Drawing are not eligible. The Contest is void where prohibited, and all applicable laws and regulations apply. If a Participant does not meet the foregoing requirements or any other eligibility requirements or fails to comply with these Contest Rules, the Participant is not eligible to receive the Award or Prize and Navan reserves the right not to give the applicable Prize. In such a case, the Prize will be forfeited by the User Participant and, for any such Participants, Navan may conduct a subsequent random drawing and award the Prize to the next selected Winner.
Receipt of Prize. Winners will be notified by email from Navan (using details provided by Participants at booking) within five (5) business days after the Drawing. Prizes will be added directly to the winners’ Navan profiles. Prizes are supplied by Navan and Navan reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with another similar Prize of equal or greater value.
Alternative Method of Entry. Eligible Participants may also enter the Contest by messaging their name and phone number from their work email address (for the sake of clarity, this should be the email address from which the user has a Navan corporate account)with the subject line: “Entry: Winter-sweepstakes-plg-join-request” to the following address during the Contest Period: please-reply@navan.com. All such requests must be sent by 11:59pm 12:00AM Pacific Time the last day of the Contest Period and received prior to the Drawing. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person in excess of this limitation will be void. All entries under this Section 6 will not be acknowledged or returned.
Disclaimer. This Contest is not associated with any third party provider of travel services. Navan disclaims any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied relative to the Awards or Prizes, including their quality, fitness for purpose, or condition. Navan assumes no responsibility for any services provided by third parties, including any cancellations, expenses, loss, or tax liability in conjunction with this Contest or the use of the Awards or Prizes.
Taxes. ALL APPLICABLE TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY AWARD OR PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPANTS AND/OR WINNERS. Participants or Winners may be required to complete a W9 tax form for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law.
Use of Entries and Associated Name and Likeness; Participant Warranty; Indemnity; Release. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Award or Prize, Participants hereby grant Navan, its agents and licensees, the irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free right and license to reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, create derivative works from and otherwise use winner’s image or likeness, name, biographical information, and any supplied content or materials (“Content”) for marketing public relations, or other promotional purposes, in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all media formats now or later known or developed, without further notice or compensation therefore. By submitting a photograph, video or other Content, Participants represent and warrant that the Content will not infringe any intellectual property right held by a third party and that they own or control all rights necessary to grant the rights granted herein, including a grant of all intellectual property and publicity right from any and all persons in the Content. Participants indemnify Navan from and against any and all claims arising out of a breach of the foregoing warranty or out of use of the Content as set forth herein. By participating in the Contest (including by acceptance of an Award or Prize), Participants acknowledge compliance with these Contest Rules and agree to release and hold Navan harmless from and against any claim or cause of action (and any associated costs, losses, or damages) arising in whole or in part out of participation in the Contest or the receipt, redemption, or use of the Award or Prize, including any death, injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the use, acceptance, possession or awarding of any Prize (or any goods or services purchased using the Prize).
Disclaimer; Contest Termination. Navan is not responsible for the Prize notifications or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties, or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Navan reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, or who annoys, abuses, threatens, or harasses any other person, (ii) seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, and (iii) modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Contest or any particular, selection of a winner is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunction, or other causes beyond Navan’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, or feasibility of the Contest or particular selection of a Contest winner as contemplated herein. In the event Navan is prevented from awarding the Prize or continuing with the Contest or a particular selection of a Contest winner as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control including to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court of jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Navan’s control, then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Navan shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in its entirety.
Privacy. Your participation in the Contest and any information you provide (including but not limited to names, email addresses, physical addresses, and account information) is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. General. These Terms cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Navan. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity of enforceability of any provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local law regulations.

To learn the winners of the User Sweepstakes, any person may mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the offices of Navan, Inc., 3045 Park Blvd, Palo Alto, CA 94306 with Attn: Winners List — Black Friday/Cyber Week Sweepstakes. All such requests must be received by the last day of the Contest Period.
