∘    Improved keyboard navigation and improved accessibility for visual states for form fields by showing which element is in Focus or Invalid State

•  We have made the following UX improvements:

∘    Spacing issues (error message should be tied to form field) so it is clear which error message applies to which form field ∘    Spacing No buttons are disabled (for example submit button is enabled and will describe that it is not usable until they fill in other form fields)

•  We added ARIA attributes for interactive elements

∘    Technical metadata added to elements (bars, boxes, etc) to allow screen readers to understand what a button or function signifies

•  We have included alternative texts for images for screen readers

The Navan website, web app, and mobile app are being designed and updated to comply with the EN 301 549 v3.2.1 accessibility standard, which closely follows Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1.
