Coming Soon: TravelClaw, the Autonomous Agentic Layer Built to Anticipate Traveler Needs

Today, we are announcing the upcoming launch of TravelClaw, a new agentic layer that unlocks proactive, autonomous personal assistance for all Navan and Navan Edge users. Simply put, this means all Navan users will benefit from AI agents that are proactive, 24/7/365, and highly plugged into each traveler’s personal preferences. It will anticipate travelers’ needs on the ground, suggesting the best lounge by the gate, calculating walking times, or reminding you that TSA PreCheck is on the third floor in Terminal 2.

TravelClaw will be able to reason, act, and reach out to travelers via a messaging app, email, or Navan native apps to resolve issues proactively. Unlike chatbots that wait for a prompt, TravelClaw will operate in the background, nonstop, continuously monitoring your trip and every detail surrounding it.

Everything we’ve been doing for the past decade has led us to this point. Built directly on the Navan Cloud, our global network of travel and expense providers, TravelClaw will access hundreds of airlines and millions of lodging options. It also benefits from the technical and industry expertise built into our platform — from the nuances of rebooking cancelled flights to preferred airport lounges.

It’s early, but we are incredibly excited to be building TravelClaw with our engineering team here at Navan. TravelClaw will be natively integrated into Navan products and will begin rolling out to travelers soon.
