Promotion Details. TripActions Admins that received the promotional email offering a $150 Amazon gift card for booking a trip and whose company (a “TripActions Customer”) will receive a USD $150 Amazon gift card when an eligible employee at their company books their next business flight, hotel, or rental car on TripActions (“Traveler”) before July 15, 2022 (the “Promotion”). Travel can occur anytime and for any duration, as long as the travel is booked during the Promotion Period. This offer is void where prohibited and is non-transferable. Only one gift card per TripActions Admin during the Promotion will be awarded. TripActions Customers and/or the Traveler are responsible for the entire cost of the booking, including applicable federal, state and local taxes, transportation costs, meals, gratuities, and all other additional costs incurred. This offer is not associated with any third party provider of travel services. TripActions assumes no responsibility for the services provided by its suppliers including cancellations, expenses, loss of damages, or tax liability in conjunction with the use of this offer.
Promotion Period. This Promotion begins at 7:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 30, 2022 and will continue until July 15, 11:59 pm Pacific Time. TripActions’ computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. The user must complete their travel booking before the Promotion Period ends on July 15 at 11:59 pm PT. TripActions reserves the right to modify, revoke, or cancel this Promotion at any time.
Eligibility. TripActions Admins must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States. Limit one gift card per TripActions Admin during the Promotion. Employees of TripActions, Inc. or its subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies, are not eligible.
Receipt of Gift Card. Eligible TripActions Admins will receive an email within 7 days of the Traveler booking the eligible travel with instructions on how to redeem their $150 Amazon gift card. TripActions has the right to substitute the Amazon gift card with another comparable form of rebate of equal or greater value. If the gift card is undeliverable to you within two (2) calendar days after attempted notification (e.g., due to a canceled TripActions account), the gift card will be forfeited. TripActions disclaims any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied relative to the Rewards, including their quality, fitness for purpose, or condition. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE GIFT CARD ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT.
