Navan Edge Community Guidelines
Welcome to the Navan Edge Community ("Community"), a space where frequent business travelers connect with each other and the Navan Edge team to share feedback, exchange travel tips, and help shape the future of Navan Edge.
These guidelines govern your participation in the Community. Our goal is to encourage appropriate behavior, so the Community remains a trusted environment. By joining, you agree to follow them. Navan may update these guidelines at any time, and continued participation after an update means you accept the revised version. These guidelines are supplemental to the [Navan Edge Community Terms of Use], which control in the event of any conflict.
Be Authentic
As a member of the Community, we ask that you do not participate anonymously, with a pseudonym, or in a misleading way (including misrepresenting your identity, organization, title, or experience). This is a community where we encourage our members to represent themselves authentically to get the most out of the collaborative nature of the community. What you can expect when you participate in the Community is to have open, honest, and supportive discussions with a wide variety of Navan Edge users. We rely on our community members to notify us of behaviors that are inconsistent with these Community Guidelines.
Keep It Constructive and Navan Edge Focused
This community exists to improve the Navan Edge experience for everyone. Share constructive feedback, product ideas, travel knowledge, and tips. Keep conversations relevant to Navan Edge and business travel. Avoid off-topic posts that clutter channels.
Respect Others
Treat every member with courtesy. Do not use personal insults, ethnic slurs, obscenity, or other harmful language. Do not engage in personal attacks or disparage other members in the Community (including yourself).
Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Discrimination, hate speech, bullying, or harassment of any kind will result in immediate removal from the Community.
No Spam or Self-Promotion
Do not pitch your own products, services, or events. Do not send unsolicited direct messages to other community members. Do not post affiliate links, referral codes, or promotional content.
Use Channels and Threads Properly
Post in the channel that matches your topic. Use threads for replies instead of cluttering the main feed. Avoid derailing existing conversations. Do not use @channel or @here unless necessary. If you need to alert the team, feel free to tag them or send a direct message.
Honor Privacy and Confidentiality
Information shared in this Community, including upcoming features, product roadmap details, and fellow members' experiences, is confidential to this Community. Do not share it externally. Do not share personal information about other members without their consent.
Think Before You Post
You are responsible for what you post. Before sharing, consider how your message will be perceived by a diverse, international audience. Content that violates applicable law or the Community Terms of Use may result in removal of the content and your membership.
Report Concerns
If you see behavior that conflicts with these guidelines, notify the Navan Edge Community team by tagging a moderator or sending a direct message to a Community administrator.
Enforcement
Navan reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any member from the Community at any time, with or without prior notice. Members who violate these guidelines may be warned, temporarily suspended, or permanently removed.
