Navan Edge Loyalty Wallet Terms And Conditions

These Navan Edge Loyalty Wallet Terms and Conditions are the rules and other provisions (collectively, “Rules”) for the Navan Edge Loyalty Wallet, which is a frequent traveler loyalty wallet offered by Navan, Inc. (“Navan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) as a Service to eligible Navan Edge users (each “you,” “your,” or a “User”). The Rules govern your participation in and use of the Loyalty Wallet (as defined below) and they supplement the Navan Edge Services Agreement (“Navan Edge Services Agreememt”). If these Rules conflict with the Navan Edge Services Agreement, these Rules control solely with respect to the Loyalty Wallet, and the Navan Edge Services Agreement controls in all other respects. Navan has sole discretion in the features offered under the Loyalty Wallet.
By participating in the Loyalty Wallet, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept the Rules. Navan may amend these Rules at any time by giving you notice. You are responsible for reviewing the Rules periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes and are familiar with the most current version.
Your eligibility to participate in the Loyalty Wallet is subject to compliance with these Rules. If your Navan Edge account is suspended or deleted, your Loyalty Wallet Account will automatically be suspended or deleted. Navan may also suspend or terminate your Loyalty Wallet Account for no reason or for any reason without prior notice to or consent from you.
DEFINITIONS Any capitalized term not defined in the Rules has the meaning ascribed to it in the Navan Edge Services Agreement.
Loyalty Wallet Account: The Navan account in which you access the Loyalty Wallet, and track your Tier Status.
Loyalty Wallet: The dedicated feature within the Services that allows Users to manage, track, and utilize their Navan Edge Rewards Points, linked payment methods, and external loyalty program balances for maximum earning and redemption efficacy.
Tier Status: The level of membership (e.g., Member, Preferred, Elite) achieved by a User in the Loyalty Wallet based on their booking activity.
ELIGIBILITY
Participation in the Loyalty Program is available to an individual with an active Navan Edge account, as permitted by Navan.
LOYALTY WALLET
The Loyalty Wallet is designed to enhance the value of business travel.
Functionality: The Loyalty Wallet may enable Users to:
Track and manage their points, miles, and status tier progress with supported travel and hospitality service providers.
Link external Loyalty Wallet information for use by the Services’ optimization features.
Receive recommendations for Qualifying Bookings to maximize rewards.
Estimated Balances: The Loyalty Wallet will show the estimated balance in your rewards programs with travel and hospitality service providers based on the data we can access. We do not guarantee that the estimated balances will always be accurate or up to date. All point accruals, redemption rules, and other limitations are subject to the respective travel and hospitality service provider’s loyalty program terms and conditions. Navan is not responsible for any changes to, or limitations of, third-party loyalty programs that may affect your ability to earn or redeem external points.
Data Use: By linking external accounts, you agree that Navan may use data from linked accounts in an anonymous or aggregated manner to provide optimization and reporting services.
You may request to close your Loyalty Wallet Account through the App.
BETA SERVICE The Loyalty Wallet is a Beta Service and subject to the Beta Services terms in the Navan Edge Services Agreement.
GENERAL
If any provision of these Rules is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and will not affect their validity and enforceability. The failure by Navan to enforce any provision in these Rules will not constitute or be construed as a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce it at a later time.
