These Sweepstakes Rules (“ Rules”) govern Navan, Inc.’s (“Navan’s”) 20VC - H12026 (“Sweepstakes”). Navan will give two US domestic business class tickets by United Airlines for travel anywhere in the continental United States with an approximate total retail value of up to four thousand dollars ($4,000USD) (“Prize”) to one (1) randomly chosen, eligible entrant who registered for a Navan demo via http://navan.com/20vc with a valid business email between February 1, 2026 and July 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”). The winner will be chosen at random by Navan through a random number generator from all eligible entrants in a drawing to be held on August 17, 2026 (“Drawing”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.Limit one entry per eligible entrant. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Airline terms and conditions may apply. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PLEASE SEE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY BELOW.
Participation. By participating in the Sweepstakes (including by accepting the Prize), you agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of Navan, which are final and binding on all matters. Navan reserves the right to modify the Prize procedures at its discretion. If you do not agree to these Rules, you may not participate in the Sweepstakes, nor receive the Prize.
Entry Period. To be eligible for the sweepstakes, entrants must register for a Navan demo with a valid business email address during the entry period, which runs from February 1, 2026 at 12:00am PT through July 31, 2026 at 11:59pm PT (“Entry Period”). Navan’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Entry Period.
Eligibility. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, entrants must (i) be 18 years of age or older, (ii) reside in the United States, and (iii) register for the Navan demo with a valid business email. Employees of Navan, its subsidiaries and affiliates, or promotional agencies, as well as their families and in the case of any Sweepstakes, any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize or Sweepstakes are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, and all applicable laws and regulations apply. If an entrant does not meet the foregoing requirements or any other eligibility requirements or fails to comply with these Rules, the entrant is not eligible to receive the Prize and Navan reserves the right not to give the applicable Prize. In such a case, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and Navan may conduct a subsequent random drawing and award the Prize to the next selected, eligible winner.
Receipt of Prize. The Winner will be notified by email from Navan (using details provided at registration) within fourteen (14) calendar days after the drawing. Prizes are supplied by Navan and Navan reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another similar Prize of equal or greater value.
Alternative Method of Entry. Eligible entrants may also enter the Sweepstakes by mailing their name, phone number, and email address along with a subject line stating “Entry: [20VC - H12026]” to the following address during the Entry Period: Navan Inc., 181 Fremont St., 23rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105 Attention: Marketing. All such requests must be sent by 11:59pm Pacific Time the last day of the Entry Period and received prior to the Drawing. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person in excess of this limitation will be void. All entries under this Section 6 will not be acknowledged or returned.
Taxes. ALL APPLICABLE TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPANTS AND/OR WINNERS. Participants or Winners may be required to complete a W9 tax form for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law.
Use of Entries and Associated Name and Likeness; Participant Warranty; Indemnity; Release. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, Participants hereby grant Navan, its agents and licensees, the irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free right and license to reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, create derivative works from and otherwise use winner’s image or likeness, name, biographical information, and any supplied content or materials (“Content”) for marketing public relations, or other promotional purposes, in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all media formats now or later known or developed, without further notice or compensation therefore. By submitting a photograph, video or other Content, Participants represent and warrant that the Content will not infringe any intellectual property right held by a third party and that they own or control all rights necessary to grant the rights granted herein, including a grant of all intellectual property and publicity right from any and all persons in the Content. Participants indemnify Navan from and against any and all claims arising out of a breach of the foregoing warranty or out of use of the Content as set forth herein. By participating in the Sweepstakes (including by acceptance of a Prize), Participants acknowledge compliance with these Sweepstakes Rules and agree to release and hold Navan harmless from and against any claim or cause of action (and any associated costs, losses, or damages) arising in whole or in part out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, redemption, or use of the Prize, including any death, injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the use, acceptance, possession or awarding of any Prize (or any goods or services purchased using the Prize).
Disclaimer; Sweepstakes Termination. This Sweepstakes is not associated with any third party provider of travel services. Navan disclaims any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied relative to the Prize, including their quality, fitness for purpose, or condition. Navan assumes no responsibility for any services provided by third parties, including any cancellations, expenses, loss, or tax liability in conjunction with these Sweepstakes or the use of the Prize. Navan is not responsible for the Prize notifications or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties, or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Navan reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or who annoys, abuses, threatens, or harasses any other person, (ii) seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, and (iii) modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes or any particular, selection of a winner is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunction, or other causes beyond Navan’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, or feasibility of the Sweepstakes or particular selection of a Sweepstakes winner as contemplated herein. In the event Navan is prevented from awarding the Prize or continuing with the Sweepstakes or a particular selection of a Sweepstakes winner as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control including to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court of jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Navan’s control, then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Navan shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in its entirety.
Privacy. Your participation in the Sweepstakes and any information you provide (including but not limited to names, email addresses, physical addresses, and account information) is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Rules by reference. General. These Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Navan. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity of enforceability of any provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local law regulations.

To learn the winner of the Sweepstakes, any person may mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the offices of Navan, Inc., 3045 Park Blvd, Palo Alto, CA 94306 with Attn: Winners List — 20VC - H12026. All such requests must be received by the last day of the Entry Period.
