November 2021 TripActions Lemonade Hotel Promotion (the “Promotion”) Details. TripActions will give eligible customers who book a hotel reservation on TripActions Lemonade on November 26, 2021 (the “Promotion Date”) and start the first day of such reservation by December 31, 2021, a digital Amazon gift card worth $50 USD (the “Reward”). Customers are responsible for the entire cost of the booking, including applicable taxes. This Promotion is not associated with any third-party providers on your trip (e.g., hotel providers, etc.). TripActions assumes no responsibility for the services provided by such third-party providers, including cancellations, expenses, loss of damages, or tax liability in conjunction with the use of this offer. The Reward is non-refundable and not exchangeable to cash.
Promotion Dates. The Promotion starts on November 26, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on November 26, 2021 at 11:50pm PT. TripActions’ computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion Dates.
Eligibility. TripActions customers must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States. Employees of TripActions, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates, or promotional agencies, are not eligible. Limit one Reward per eligible customer. The Promotion is void where prohibited, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.
Receipt of Gift Card. Offer applied automatically at checkout. Customers will receive an email within approximately 48 hours of completing the eligible travel with instructions on how to redeem the Reward. TripActions has the right to substitute the Amazon gift card with another comparable form of reward of equal or greater value. Gift card terms and conditions apply. If the gift card is undeliverable to you within two (2) calendar days after attempted notification (e.g., due to a cancelled TripActions account), the gift card will be forfeited. You are responsible for any taxes associated with Reward.
