• How does your acquisition of BoomPop change your offering?
  Navan empowers in-person connections by making it possible to bring people together. We’ve already been partnering with BoomPop to serve customers' meetings and events needs, and making them officially part of Navan will enable us to serve as a single destination to meet customers’ growing demands for more connected experiences.
• Do I have to choose between self-service software and a managed events team?
  No, Navan Events gives you both on one platform. Use Advanced Events to plan, source, and run everyday events yourself, and bring in the Navan Events Managed Services team for the large, complex, or high-stakes events where you want expert hands or need support creating a strategic meetings program. You're never locked into one model, and switching between them doesn't mean switching tools or re-explaining your business.
• How is running events on Navan different from using a traditional events agency?
  Most agencies bundle services around your event. Navan brings your event onto the same platform that already runs your company's travel and expense, so your approval policies, preferred suppliers, traveler profiles, and spend data are already there. That means event bookings land in each attendee's existing itinerary on the Navan mobile app, event spend is forecast and tracked on Navan with the rest of T&E.
• How does Navan Events bring meetings and events spend under control?
  Events follow your company's existing approval policies automatically, unless you choose to create a custom event policy, budgets and committed spend are tracked live rather than reconciled after the fact, and admins can see and manage every event end to end. Meetings & events is typically the largest unmanaged category of T&E, Navan Events is built specifically to bring it under the same controls as everything else.

• We've invested in our travel program, do we have to rip anything out to adopt Navan Events?
  No. If you already run travel on Navan, Events builds on what you have: the same policies, suppliers, and traveler data extend to events with nothing to migrate. If event approvals are already configured, they apply automatically. If you work with other well-known meetings planning platforms, our team will also support you to ensure your travel policies and event approvals match. However you run your travel program, Navan Events is an extension and improvement of your existing setup, not a replacement.
