Reservation access opens at the following times:

• 11 a.m. CT on Tuesday, March 9: Platinum and CxO badgeholders can begin making reservations.
• 2 p.m. CT on Tuesday, March 9: Reservation access opens for all badgeholders.
• 11 a.m. CT on Sunday, March 14: Platinum, CxO, and Film & TV badgeholders gain access to unlimited, nonconflicting screening reservations.

Platinum and CxO badges include three reservations per day. Innovation, Film & TV, and Music badges include two reservations per day.[4] Prioritize events where capacity is likely to be limited, but keep backup options in case your first choices are unavailable.

Arriving passengers can reach the rideshare and taxi pickup area by taking the tram from the first floor of the Red Garage to the Consolidated Rental Car Facility.
