First up, we’ve just released our direct integration with Sage Intacct. The partnership seamlessly syncs transactions to your ledger, eliminates manual tasks, and delivers real-time, accurate expense data to streamline accounting workflows.
Say goodbye to manual exports, uploads, and tedious reconciliations. Finance teams can now enjoy cleaner books, quicker month-end closes, and more accurate financial reporting.
Saving money on business travel begins with the trip-booking process, where our robust inventory and intuitive booking tool play a big role.
Now we’ve introduced split ticketing for UK rail, which automatically splits a single journey into multiple, less-expensive tickets. You don’t have to lift a finger, and your travelers will have the exact same journey — just at a lower price. All cost savings should be this easy!
We’re always on the lookout for ways to save travelers time and help them book more efficient trips. For example:
It happens: Out-of-policy or personal purchases can end up on corporate cards. But it’s a headache. Finance teams must manually chase down employees for repayment or even deal with payroll deductions.
We had already solved this issue for Navan corporate cards, and now we’ve solved it for corporate cards linked through Navan Connect (which allows companies to use Navan Expense with their existing cards). Now it’s a breeze for employees to repay personal spend on any connected cards right from Navan, which makes life easier for them — and their company’s finance teams.
