Hotel pricing at CES 2027

• Booking window: Travelers who booked one to two months ahead paid a median nightly rate of $407, compared with $594 for those booking two to four weeks ahead. Bookings made during the final seven days had a median rate of $314.[14]

Official CES 2027 housing is open through onPeak, CTA's designated housing agent. The official housing program offers rooms at hotels throughout Las Vegas, but rates increase as January approaches and some properties sell out.[12]

• Compare total cost: Resort fees, parking, deposits, and cancellation policies vary by hotel, so look beyond the nightly room rate before booking.

Las Vegas flight trends

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is the primary airport for CES attendees.[15] Navan flight data from the January 2026 event week includes 2,510 business travel bookings to Las Vegas, with 17.4% originating outside the U.S.[14] The most common origin locations were New York, Newark, San Francisco, San Jose, and Los Angeles.

Arriving on Tuesday, Jan. 5, provides general attendees time to check into your hotel and collect your badge before the exhibit floor opens Wednesday. Registered media and attendees participating in Tuesday conference programming may need to arrive earlier. CES requires attendees to collect their own badges at a remote pickup location before entering a show venue.[4][7]

How to budget for CES 2027 in Las Vegas

• Airport transportation: Budget for a taxi, rideshare, or public transit between LAS and your hotel. RTC Route 108 connects Terminal 1 with Paradise Road and the LVCC area; travelers arriving at Terminal 3 must take the interterminal shuttle to the Terminal 1 bus stop.[15][16]

Getting from the airport to CES venues

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is approximately 4 miles south of the Las Vegas Convention Center and provides convenient access to hotels across the Strip.[11][15] General attendees may want to arrive Tuesday, Jan. 5, so they have time to check in and collect their CES badge before the exhibit floor opens Wednesday. Registered media and attendees participating in Tuesday programming may need to arrive earlier.

For most attendees traveling with luggage, a rideshare or taxi is the simplest option. RTC Route 108 offers a lower-cost alternative for travelers staying near Paradise Road or the LVCC, while third-party airport shuttles may work for hotels along their routes.

CES requires attendees to collect their own badges at a remote pickup location before entering an exhibit venue. Badge pickup is available at LAS and select hotels, but locations and hours vary by date.[4][7]

Once you're at your hotel, use the Las Vegas Monorail, Vegas Loop, CES shuttles, or rideshare based on the campus you're visiting. The Monorail serves the LVCC but doesn't stop at Venetian Expo. CES operates the Tech Express between the LVCC and Venetian Expo, while complimentary hotel shuttles connect select official CES hotels with the LVCC and Venetian Expo.[8]

Beyond sessions: Make time for exhibit halls and networking

Some of the most valuable parts of CES happen outside scheduled sessions. Leave time in your agenda for the LVCC show floor, Eureka Park, product demonstrations, exhibitor meetings, and conversations between events rather than filling every hour with conference programming.

• Schedule meetings before you arrive: Contact exhibitors, partners, customers, and colleagues about two weeks before CES to arrange booth meetings or coffee chats.
