Kim Hamer
Kim Hamer is Navan’s Chief Travel Advisory Officer and a globally recognized leader in corporate travel management, bringing over 20 years of expertise in travel procurement, operations, and global program strategy. Before joining Navan, Kim was co-owner of Results Plus Consulting and a member of Garner. Previously, she served as a Senior Director at Visa, leading their global travel program and event sourcing. In 2022, she was recognized as Business Travel News’ Travel Manager of the Year and one of its Top 25 Most Influential People. Earlier in her career, Kim held senior travel and expense positions at Huron Consulting Group, Keysight Technologies, Coach, Baxter, Accenture, and BCD Travel. She has also held key advisory roles, including IATA’s Travel Management Advisory Group and chairing GBTA’s Aviation Committee.
