• Median hotel rate: During the comparable week, the median nightly rate for Navan-booked hotels near the venue was $242, roughly 19% above a typical non-conference week ($203).
• Stay length: Business travelers stayed an average of 2.3 nights.
• Late bookings: Around 37.2% of bookings happened within two weeks of arrival.

When to book (last year's median nightly rate by lead time):

• 2+ months ahead: $171 median (lowest window in the data)
• 1–2 months ahead: $262 median (highest)
• 2–4 weeks ahead: $255 median
• 1–2 weeks ahead: $229 median
• Last-minute (0–7 days): $196 median (unpredictable inventory)

What stands out: Based on Navan's 2025 data, the priority close to the event is availability rather than finding the historically lowest booking window. Compare the official room block with current Strip inventory, review cancellation terms and resort fees, and be prepared to widen your search beyond the Venetian campus if nearby rooms are limited. Last-minute rates were lower in Navan's 2025 data, but availability was less predictable, so don't assume waiting longer will produce a better option.

Ai4 flight trends

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is the primary gateway. Navan flight data from the same week in August 2025 shows 813 business flights into Las Vegas, with 13.3% from international origins.[9] The San Francisco Bay Area and the East Coast accounted for the largest share of origin traffic, followed by London and Chicago.

If you're crossing time zones, land Sunday, Aug. 2, or Monday, Aug. 3, if policy allows. Tuesday keynotes and badge pickup run smoother when you're not juggling a same-day flight and registration — especially if you're attending pre-conference summits on Aug. 3.
