Partner Store Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)
Partner Store Promotion (“Promotion”) Details. Navan will give eligible partner customers that sign up their company for Navan services the equivalent of $500 in Navan Rewards (the “Reward”) after completing the following steps: (a) a user signs up with their corporate email address through Navan’s dedicated registration page for the partner, claims the company administrator role, and completes company setup, and (b) the employees or users within the company books and completes business travel bookings with a total value, excluding taxes and fees, of at least $1,000 USD. The Reward will be issued within seven (7) days upon completion of the last qualifying trip.
Travel can occur anytime and for any duration, as long as the last qualified travel booking is booked and completed during the Promotion Period. This offer is void where prohibited and is non-transferable. Only one Reward per company customer will be awarded during the Promotion, and the customer’s Navan Admin user responsible for registering the company will receive the Reward. The customer and/or the individual users are responsible for the entire cost of the travel booking, including any applicable federal, state and local taxes, transportation costs, meals, gratuities, and all other additional costs incurred. This Promotion is not associated with any third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). Navan assumes no responsibility for the services provided by such third-party providers, including cancellations, expenses, loss of damages, or tax liability in conjunction with the use of this offer. The Reward is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. Navan Rewards may only be used to book pre-paid hotels for personal travel through Navan’s platform, and additional Rewards Terms and Conditions apply.
Participation. To qualify for the Reward, a partner customer must sign up their organization to be a new Navan customer using Navan’s dedicated registration page for the partner, and the employees or users within the company must book and complete business trips with a total value, excluding taxes and fees, of at least $1,000 USD. The Reward will be redeemable within seven (7) days upon completion of the last qualifying trip. By participating in the Promotion (including by accepting the Reward), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the decisions of Navan, which are final and binding on all matters. Navan reserves the right to modify the Rewards award procedures at its discretion. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Promotion nor receive the Reward.
Promotion Dates. This Promotion begins at 7:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 17th, 2023, and will continue until December 31, 2023 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”). Navan’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Navan reserves the right to modify, revoke, or cancel this Promotion at any time.
Eligibility. Navan administrator users must be 18 years of age or older and have sufficient legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of their company. Limit one Reward per customer during the Promotion. Employees of Navan, Inc. or its subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies, are not eligible.
Receipt of Reward. Eligible Navan Admins will receive the Reward in the Admin user’s individual Navan Rewards balance seven (7) days of a company’s user completing the last qualifying business travel booking. Users can view their Navan Rewards balance under their Navan profile. Navan has the right to substitute the Reward with another comparable form of a reward of equal or greater value. If the Reward cannot be delivered due to the user’s failure to comply with the Rewards Terms & Conditions, the Reward will be forfeited.
Reward Disclaimer. Navan disclaims any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied relative to the Rewards, including their quality, fitness for purpose, or condition. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE REWARD ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT.
Recipient Responsibilities. Recipient may be required to complete a W9 Tax Form for the sole purpose of preparing any tax forms required by law. If a recipient is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Terms, the Reward will be forfeited by the recipient.
Disclaimer; Promotion Termination. Navan is not responsible for Reward notifications or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties, or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Navan reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or who annoys, abuses, threatens, or harasses any other person, (ii) seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, and (iii) modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, if it determines that the Promotion or qualification of a recipient is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunction, or other causes beyond Navan’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, or feasibility of the Promotion. In the event Navan is prevented from awarding the Reward or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control including to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court of jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Navan’s control, then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Navan shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion in its entirety.
Privacy. Your participation in the Promotion and any information you provide (including but not limited to names, email addresses, physical addresses, and account information) is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. General. These Terms cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Navan. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity of enforceability of any provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local law regulations.
