• Does the Navan Business price change after a certain amount of trips?
  As long as your company has 300 or fewer employees, there is no limit to how many trips you can book with Navan Travel. Navan Expense is free for the first 5 monthly expensing users, and then is $15 per user per month. If your company has more than 300 employees, request a demo to learn more.
• What is an expensing user?
  An active expense user is anyone who submits a transaction into Navan expense by manual transaction or Navan Connect.
• Is Navan only for booking flights?
  No, travelers can book flights, hotels, car rentals, and trains on Navan. Our global inventory provides a wide variety of options so travelers can book the perfect itinerary.
• Why is it free for companies of up to 300 employees to use Navan Business?
  Navan is powered by travel providers’ commission fees—so you get access to a huge inventory without any cost to you.
