World-Class Sales Enablement
Our world-class sales enablement team provides our SDRs with a strategic playbook and specialized training, empowering them with the knowledge and tools needed to master the art of prospecting and to build a high-quality pipeline. From day-one onboarding through ongoing enablement, you will be provided with the tools, training, and mentorship needed to excel in your role.
“At Navan, you’re truly invested in from day one. The robust onboarding program sets you up for success and builds real confidence. As an SDR, you work closely with AEs, learning from them on a day-to-day basis, gaining visibility into their role and the full sales cycle. You’re empowered to contribute far beyond the first touchpoint, adding real value to the business right from the start.”
Mily O Loughlin
Commercial Sales Development Representative (London)
“When we interview for SDRs, we’re interviewing for future public company leaders. It’s not just about moving from SDR to AE; it’s about moving from SDR to AE to leadership, or even into another department — whether that’s finance, marketing, product, or beyond. We always, always look internally first for promotions. We know we have people who have mastered the culture, the product, and the team, and are ready for that next role.”
Michael Sindicich
President, Navan (San Francisco)
