Senior Marketing Designer

Location:Tel-Aviv, Israel

Department:Marketing

Navan is redefining business travel, and we’re looking for a strategic, high-impact Senior Marketing Designer to help shape and scale the visual expression of our newest product — a groundbreaking, AI-powered travel experience for frequent business travelers.

In this role, you’ll work closely with product marketing, growth, and content teams to bring our messaging to life through compelling, high-performing design. From paid ad creative and landing pages to onboarding flows and social assets, you’ll design across the entire funnel — with a strong focus on online conversion and performance.

You’ll also play a key role in evolving the brand identity for this new product. While initial foundations may be developed externally, you’ll help refine and extend the visual system, ensuring consistency and creative excellence across all marketing channels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design high-converting marketing assets across the funnel: performance ads, landing pages, email campaigns, onboarding experiences, and more

  • Collaborate with the growth and performance marketing teams to concept, test, and iterate on creative that drives measurable results

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the product’s brand identity, visual language, and marketing design system

  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, content, and external partners to ensure a cohesive and premium brand presence

  • Translate complex ideas into clean, accessible, and visually engaging design

  • Maintain a strong balance between creativity and performance — knowing when to push boundaries and when to optimize for speed and scale

  • Help build scalable design processes for a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing designer, brand designer, or visual designer in a high-growth tech or consumer-facing company

  • Proven experience designing for performance — including paid acquisition campaigns, web funnels, and conversion-driven assets

  • Strong understanding of design for digital marketing channels: social, web, email, display, and in-product surfaces

  • A portfolio that demonstrates both creative excellence and results-oriented design thinking

  • Experience working within or evolving an existing brand system — ideally in collaboration with internal stakeholders and/or agencies

  • Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with sharp attention to layout, hierarchy, and typography

  • Comfort working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Bonus: experience with motion/animation, prototyping tools, or light frontend/UX collaboration

  • Bonus: familiarity with AI products or interest in shaping design at the frontier of travel and technology

Navan About Us

Navan is the all-in-one super app that makes travel and expense easy so you can focus on being there, not getting there. Say goodbye to spending hours on the phone trying to change your flight or saving stacks of receipts to manually input expenses. From EAs and finance teams to travel managers and employees, Navan empowers people to focus on the things that matter most to them — all while providing companies with real-time visibility, savings, and control.

Navan’s investors include visionaries like Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed Ventures, Greenoaks, Zeev Ventures, and entrepreneurs Lee Fixel, Adam Bain, and Elad Gil. Valued at $9.2B, Navan is well-positioned for continued growth as it continues its takeover of the travel and expense market.

In April 2023, Navan expanded in the Indian market with the acquisition of Tripeur, a modern, people-centric corporate travel and expense management company. The group’s fifth acquisition in under two years, Tripeur joined the Navan Group alongside Spanish meetings and events specialists, Atlanta Events & Corporate Travel Consultants; Berlin-based modern travel management company, Comtravo; leading Scandinavian travel agency Resia AB; and London-based high-touch TMC, Reed & Mackay — the latter of which remains a standalone brand.

At Navan, we’re never satisfied with the status quo, and we know breakthrough ideas come from diverse perspectives. We are committed to cultivating a workplace that reflects the diversity of the customers we serve while fostering leadership and innovation. All voices are valued here and you’ll have the resources, tools, and training you’ll need to do the best work of your life.
