From AI-driven features to seamless integrations, our mission to deliver smarter, faster travel and expense solutions remained unwavering.

At Navan, everything we do is for our customers. This year, we worked with more than 11,000 businesses, helping them streamline how they manage travel and expense. Each customer has a unique story, and we’re proud to have contributed to their success. 

Some key customer highlights include:

  • 8x8: Pays 100% of expenses with a 48- to 72-hour turnaround for reimbursement, thanks to Navan.
  • Central Garden & Pet: Saved 75% of the time previously spent on monthly expense management processes.
  • Duolingo: Achieved 99% mobile adoption and now saves nearly 2,000 hours annually.
  • HelloFresh: Embraced and loved the solution, giving Navan a CSAT score of 4.7/5.
  • Article Student Living: Cut manual expense approvals by 80%.

These impressive results were possible thanks to our rapidly growing team and ever-expanding global presence.

A Year Dedicated to Innovation

Innovation is at the heart of Navan’s mission, and 2024 was no exception. This year, we introduced groundbreaking features and enhancements designed to make travel and expense management smarter, simpler, and more efficient. 

These included an enhanced sustainability toolkit for companies and simplified processes for accounting firms. We leaned heavily into partnerships, collaborating with organizations like Citizens Bank and Brex to expand our “Bring Your Own Card” technology to more companies via Navan Connect. We also added even more NDC connections, including United Airlines and Breeze Airways.

Our innovations and dedication to customer success earned us recognition across industries. These accolades are a testament to the hard work of our team and the trust of our customers.
