Before adopting Navan, OneDigital faced several obstacles in managing travel and expense. The organization spent an inordinate amount of time on expense processes, while employees didn’t have a centralized place to book travel. The result: Maintaining uniform tracking and approval processes proved difficult, which led to inefficiencies.

The finance team also encountered challenges due to limited visibility into the company’s spending. And without a single platform to consolidate travel and expense data, tracking costs and enforcing travel policies became a complex task. This lack of transparency hindered the finance team’s ability to monitor budgets effectively and make informed decisions.
Initially, OneDigital chose Navan only to simplify its travel management program. As the company ramped up with Navan Travel, employees found value in real-time insights into spend and saw policy compliance improve. The benefits of a unified travel solution quickly became clear.
