Agents step in when issues arise and handle hotel needs like early/late check-in/out, special requests, and exceptions. You’ll always know when you’re chatting with a human, and once they’re done, you’ll be seamlessly returned to Navan Edge.
• Can Navan Edge book, change, or cancel trips without my confirmation?
  No. Navan Edge will always ask for your explicit confirmation before booking, changing, or canceling any trip.
• How does Navan Edge decide which hotel options to show me?
