This role will require close partnership with People Managers and People Success Business Partners as they work to attract and retain talent across all of our global offices. The right candidate is excited about thinking creatively about the best way to implement and design compensation programs as we look to effectively scale our business. This is a high visibility role with the opportunity to work closely with senior management and executive team members.
